Food at maiBeck allows you to taste the idea of our restaurant at source. Jan Cornelius Maier and Tobias Becker who gave the restaurant its name and are its initiators, provide at the same time its creative inspiration and, as craftsmen, are the driving force in the kitchen at maiBeck.
The cuisine and the food represent in an irresistible way the philosophy and original motivation of maiBeck’s founders: simple basic products of carefully selected provenance, prepared in the best way possible. Contemporary inspiration meets classical cuisine in a relaxed city ambience.
